Well, it is official. Digihats is coming to Ethereum. Last night our developers launched our smart contract!

What to expect on August 22 at 22:22 UTC? 🤠🤠🤠

August 22nd, at 22:22 UTC is the official launch of Digihats on Ethereum. Right now our smart contract is live on the Ethereum network, but you cannot mint a Digihat. On August 22nd at 22:22 UTC we will flip the switch and allow our users to mint Digihats.

There are two ways that you can get your hands on a Digihat. The first way is by participating in The Great Digihat Sacrifice and receiving credits for burning your BSC Digihats (if you want more details, we have a medium article talking about this event — https://digihats.medium.com/the-great-digihat-sacrifice-f627cbacb1c3). These credits allow you to redeem a Digihat for free, only paying the gas fee (you will only be able to redeem 1 credit at a time). Our website automatically checks the address that is connected to the site for credits and uses them by default, so you will not have to do anything special to use the credits. The second way you can get your hands on a Digihat is by paying 0.044 ETH to mint a Digihat. If you mint a Digihat though paying 0.044 ETH you can mint up to 11 at a time.

The Digihats credits for participating in The Great Digihat Sacrifice have no expiration date. However, if people mint all 8888 Digihats, you can no longer use your credits to mint a Digihat. This means to use your credits as close to August 22nd at 22:22 UTC as you can to ensure that you are compensated for burning you BSC Digihats. Digihats is not responsible for unused credit in the event all 8888 Digihats sell out.

New minting feature! 🎰🎰🎰

I wanted to take a minute and share with you an additional feature that our devs have been working hard on. We call it THE DIGIHATS SPIN MACHINE! The Digihats Spin Machine is a roulette wheel that spins, revealing a bunch of different Digihats. The wheel slows down and lands on the exact Digihat that you minted. We thought this would be a fun way to reveal the Digihat you got!
